Marina has founded System2Labs to address the technology startups need for help with creating consistent topline growth. She has seen that this need is not currently addressed by the traditional management consulting model and can not always be addressed by Accelerators and VCs.

As a growth strategy consultant with Blue Ridge Partners, Marina helped dozens of top tier Private Equity portfolio companies accelerate profitable growth and enhance value. At System2Labs, Marina has helped dozens of startups set up their sales and marketing functions, win their first customers and deals, build repeatable sales models, and scale.

 

Prior to consulting, Marina gained 12+ years of experience managing product management, product development, sales and marketing functions of Fortune 100 companies including Procter & Gamble, Philips and Nikon.
